Officers responded to the 2300 block of East State Street at 6:58 p.m. The same woman was also offered assistance and resources by day shift officers earlier in the day and refused. The man was messaged by an unknown person through Facebook and sent money to the unknown person who was now demanding more. Officers spoke to a man at the police department at 10:16 p.m. ![]() The fire department and EMT responded and transported the man to a local hospital for further evaluation. Tuesday with witnessing the reading of a BMV 2255 form on an OVI suspect they had placed under arrest.
